Registration
Thank you for your patience while we finalize plans for the 8th annual Metastatic Breast Cancer Research Conference to be held in Park City, Utah on September 9th and 10th. The Conference will be hybrid in person and virtualy. Click on one of the two options below to complete the registration process.
* Please note, if you registered for last year’s conference you should be able to use the same password and associated email to access this year’s site. However, you will need to claim your account and agree to the Terms and Conditions before accessing the site. Your profile information from last year will also pull over from the previous event. If you didn’t attend virtually last year, you will need to create an account/profile which will register you for the conference.
COVID-19 Statement
We invite everyone to attend and participate in the upcoming Metastatic Breast Cancer Research Conference either in person or virtually. Like always, we are taking safety at our event seriously. While we aren’t able to require all MBCRC in-person attendees be vaccinated against COVID-19, it is our expectation that everyone who chooses to attend the conference in-person be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. All current state, local, and CDC guidance will be followed at the in-person conference. We strongly encourage all attendees, including those fully vaccinated, to wear masks at all times unless they are actively presenting or eating. We also ask that anyone registered to attend the meeting in-person opt to stay home and switch to a virtual registration if you or a family member test positive for COVID-19, are exposed to COVID-19, are showing any COVID-19 symptoms, or otherwise feel unwell. We are implementing the following safety measures to promote the health and wellbeing of attendees, their families and patients. We plan to have as many functions outdoors as possible for greatest ventilation. We will be practicing physical distancing where practical and will promote handwashing and provide sanitizer stations. We are working with the hotel on increased cleaning, sanitization, and appropriate traffic flow. We are taking every precaution we can to create the safest environment for our attendees; however, by choosing to attend in person you accept and understand the risks associated with COVID-19. As the situation evolves, so will our approach to keeping you safe. We thank you for your patience and flexibility as we plan this event.
